Enrollment Verification

How can a student request Enrollment Verification for an insurance company, loan deferment agency, etc.?

There are several ways in which you can obtain enrollment verification:

National Student Clearinghouse (Available 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days per year)

Students who currently have access to the iCampus Portal , Illinois State University's Web Portal, can obtain an official enrollment verification report suitable for mailing to agencies and companies who require confirmation of collegiate enrollment by logging on to the iCampus Portal and entering your PIN (Personal Identification Number). Official Illinois State University Enrollment Verifications

Enrollment verification's can also be printed on Illinois State University transcript paper. You may order an enrollment verification either at the Student Service and Referral Center (SSRC), 107 Moulton Hall or you may download an order form and fax or mail it. There is no charge for this service. Allow approximately 48 hours for us to process your request after we receive it.

To order your enrollment verification by fax:

  • Download the order form.
  • Print your name on the form, sign it, indicate your University Identification Number and the name and address of the person or agency to which you wish it sent.
  • Check off the information you wish verified, e.g., advance registration, semester attendance, degree, etc.
  • If you need to include confidential information in your enrollment verification letter, be sure to check one or more of the boxes on the form such as GPA, Current Semester Hours, etc.
  • Complete and sign the order form, fax it to (309) 438-7023.

To order your enrollment verification form by mail, follow steps 1 through 4 above and mail your completed request form to:

If it is more convenient for you to come to the Office of the University Registrar, Moulton Hall, you may obtain and fill out an enrollment request form in the Student Service and Referral Center in Room 107.
