Spring 2009 Course Registration Dates

Spring Advance Registration: October 6 through November 5.

Register at your assigned date and time or any time thereafter. You will receive an e-mail sent to your Illinois State University address reminding you to check the iCampus Portal on October 1 for your specific registration date and time. The iCampus Portal will be available for registration Monday through Friday from 7am until 10pm; Saturday from 7am until 4pm; and on Sunday from noon until 4pm.

Advance Registration: Oct 6-Nov 5
Registration and Program Change: Dec 1-Dec 13
January Registration: Jan 5- Jan 11
Late Registration: Jan 12- Jan16

Spring Registration and Program Change:  December 1-December 13

Students who did not advance register in October or November may complete new registrations from December 1-December 13 by using the iCampus Portal. If a student registers for the spring semester on or after December 13, the student is obligated to pay all tuition and fees by the deadline on the bill unless there is an official withdrawal from the university by the appropriate dates as defined in the refund policy.

Help yourself by making every attempt to finalize your classes for Spring during advance registration and program change period.

Confirmation of Attendance for the Spring semester is due by December 1. Please see "Confirmation of Attendance" for further details.

January Registration and Program Change: January 5-January 11

The iCampus Portal will be available for students to complete new registrations or make program changes according to the following schedule:

January 5 -9 Open 7am-10pm
January 10 Open 7am-4pm
January 11 Open 12pm-4pm

 

Spring Late Registration and Program Change: January 12- January 16
Students who register for the first time on or after the first scheduled day of classes for the semester (January 12, 2009) will be assessed a $25 late registration fee.

Students may process a late registration or program change according to the following schedule:

January 12-January 16...Late registration using the iCampus Portal 7am-10pm.

January 17-January 26...Students may add a course (with department approval) or drop a course by using the iCampus Portal.

Note: After January 26...you must register in person at the Student Service & Referral Center, Moulton Hall 107. BRING PHOTO ID.

You must drop classes if you do not plan to attend. If you fail to drop a class and you do not attend, you will receive an F. Instructors do not drop classes for students.
